Where do you ship from?
Just like NikkieTutorials, Nimya is located in The Netherlands. A beautiful country in Europe, you should visit one day! So we ship our order for Europe from there. And yes, there’s more to The Netherlands than Amsterdam.
Orders in the USA are shipped out locally.
Order for the ME and Australia are shipped from Dubai.
How long does shipping take? I want it now!
We hear you, you placed an order and you want to use our products, NOW! Trust us, we want you to start having fun with our products as soon as possible too. However, shipping packages internationally takes time… Go to our Shipping & Returns page to find our current estimated delivery times.
What shipping carrier do you use?
To make sure you can enjoy your products as soon as possible, we’re using multiple shipping carriers.
How do I track my order?
You will receive tracking information as soon as your package ships from the warehouse. Follow the provided tracking number to check the status of delivery.
We are eager for you to try our products as well, but don’t forget to keep breathing while you wait at the door for your package. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Can I cancel my order?
No, our systems hopefully work pretty fast to make your order arrive as fast as possible. Once entered it’s a roller coaster that can’t be stopped.

Can I return my product?
We really hope you like our products… But if in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us using the contact form (link). You have to do this within 14 days of receiving the package. You’ll also need to have the original shipping box, packing slip + photos to back-up your request. No exchanges at this time. Once you’ve completed our contact form, our customer service will take care of your request and provide any information you might need for your return. Products that are opened or used/tested are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of shipping returns. We advise all returned products to be sent using a delivery service that ensures the value of the goods in our original Nimya shipping box.

Our hours of operation for shipping and customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM CET, excluding weekends, world wide bank holidays and other major holidays.

Are your products cruelty-free?
Yes! Always and forever!
Are all products vegan?
Nimya is cruelty-free. We never test on animals, nor do we allow suppliers to conduct animal testing on our behalf. Some of the products are indeed vegan but not all. We have some products in our range that may contain ingredients of animal origin (e.g. honey or silk). Do your products have fragrance in them?
The Set It & Forget It Setting Spray and the Where It All Starts Cream both have the delicious Nimya scent. The combination of raw ingredients doesn’t always smell that pretty. To make sure you look & smell flawless all day, we added a little hint of fragrance to make the experience even better!
Our Spill The Juice! Lip Gloss & 24/7/365 Lip Balm also smell like sweet perfection. The License To Glow Serum & Brrr Brrr Cooling Eye Stick however, are fragrance free.
I have an allergic reaction, what should I do?

What is the expiry date op my product?
The expiry date of your Nimya product can be found either directly printed on the packaging, resulting from our comprehensive stability tests, or denoted by a Period After Opening (PAO) symbol. The PAO symbol, illustrated as an opened cream jar with a number followed by "M" (e.g., 12M), indicates how many months the product remains effective after being opened. This ensures you receive the highest quality and effectiveness from our products within the specified usage period.
In case of our License To Glow Serum:
The purpose of stability testing cosmetic products is to ensure that a new or modified product meets the intended physical, chemical and microbiological quality standards as well as functionality and aesthetics when stored under appropriate conditions.
The stability report forms part of the Cosmetic Product Safety Report (CPSR) as well as giving assurance of product integrity and performance for its shelf life.
Nimya’s License To Glow Serum ORE/20/710D1 product completed 12 weeks of pre-launch stability tests during development stage under standard conditions: Freeze thaw, 5’C, 20’C and 40’C. Stability procedure followed by Orean is aligned with Colipa recommendations. Product passed stability test and was proven to be stable for more than 30 months. Therefore, the product does not require expiry date on pack but carry a PAO instead. Some of our serums have a date expiry printed on there that is therefore not correct.

Payments
Is there a limit to the amount of products I can buy?
To prevent the marketplace from overflowing with fake products and/or expensive re-sellers, we’ve maxed out the amount of products you can buy per person.

If you buy a bundle it will influence the amount of single products you are able to buy.
The amount is taken of my PayPal account but I haven't received my order... what happened?
Payments made via PayPal may need 24 hours to clear. If payment was made via PayPal Check please note it may take between three to five business days to clear. Only once the payment has cleared a store order confirmation email will be sent. At that moment we receive the order and will start processing this.
Which payment methods are accepted on nimya.com?
Right now we offer credit card payments, iDeal, PayPal and Klarna.

How often do you restock?
Right now, no idea… we work every day with our factories to continue our production and optimize the flow of new products. But raw materials, transit periods, customer demand are for example a few things that can influence a restock. Our tip, as soon as something is available, don’t wait and order. The next time these products will be available can take some time. As the Dutch would say “je moet het ijzer smeden wanneer het heet is”.
