Refund policy
We really hope you like our products… But if in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us using the contact form. You have to do this within 14 days of receiving the package. You’ll also need to have the original shipping box, packing slip + photos to back-up your request. No exchanges at this time. Once you’ve completed our contact form, our customer service will take care of your request and provide any information you might need for your return. Products that are opened or used/tested are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of shipping returns. We advise all returned products to be sent using a delivery service that guarantees the value of the goods in our original Nimya shipping box.
