Our hours of operation for shipping & customer service are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM CET, excluding weekends, world wide bank holidays and other major holidays.
Countries + Shipping Rates
We hear you, you placed an order and you want to use our products, NOW! Trust us, we want you to start having fun with our products as soon as possible too. However, shipping packages internationally takes time…
There are a lot or things that can influence the transit times:
- Shortage on staff worldwide, some services may be delayed or disrupted.
- A new launch or restock where a peak of orders is being processed in the warehouse.
- The total distance between you and the shipping warehouse.
- Time spent at customs, border inspection facilities, etc.
Nobody is the same, as are countries you ship to. Currently, we aren't able to ship world wide, however we do our best to make sure you have Nimya near you as soon as possible. We do send packages to the following countries with these rates:

If your country is not listed on our website as a destination, we don’t ship to your country yet. Some countries have very expensive shipping rates, we know. It sucks. We had to decide to either not ship to a certain country at all, or have you decide if you’d still buy our products with a higher shipping rate. A very difficult decision, but we will continue to improve your shipping experience.
Tracking + address
You will receive tracking information as soon as your package ships from The Netherlands. Follow the provided tracking number to check the status of delivery. We are eager for you to try our products as well, but don’t forget to keep breathing while you wait at the door for your package. Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. We have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped, Nimya is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this happens, you have the option of filing a claim through the shipping carrier.
We do not ship to P.O. Box, APO, FPO and DPO addresses at this time.
All shipping fees, duties and taxes are non-refundable for packages that are undeliverable.
Double check your address before you order, it helps us all!
We really hope you like our products… But if in the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, or not as described, please contact us using the contact form. You have to do this within 14 days of receiving the package. You’ll also need to have the original shipping box, packing slip + photos to back-up your request. No exchanges at this time. Once you’ve completed our contact form, our customer service will take care of your request and provide any information you might need for your return. Products that are opened or used/tested are not eligible for return.
Unfortunately, we cannot bear the cost of shipping returns. We advise all returned products to be sent using a delivery service that guarantees the value of the goods in our original Nimya shipping box.
